Vendor Proposals for the 2026 season will open for bids / proposals on December 15th 2025 for the 2026 season and will close February 28th 2026.
Most of the vending opportunities are for a one year contract. There are 4 games per field on each Saturday during the season for 9 weekends starting August 2026.

League Photography Vendor (3 Year Term - Exclusive)
The League Photographer is responsible for taking the team pictures for each team for the spring and fall season.
Provide League Teams, Parents and Player with Photos and Memorabilia on a timely basis.
In addition, there are various NMYAFL events that require a the League Photographer as well.
